This time last year we were in the air on our way to Burma...I wanted to share a few memories with you as it was such an amazing experience. So amazing that we plan to go again very soon!!!!

Another thing about me is that my husband is really into rowing. Its his favourite hobby and I support it wholeheartedly. I believe its a nice thing to show an interest in each other's hobbies (he is always reading my recipes) so I wanted to do something nice for him. Our week on Palm Island ❤

This is the last part of my trilogy of posts about our trip to Palm Island in the Grenadines. We arrived on the Saturday but the whole day was spent travelling so apart from having a few cocktails and a dinner of fresh fish we had an early night in preparation for the next day.....

Palm Island, Grenadines - The Accommodation ❤

As soon one foot touched the Island we were given the biggest welcome. Warm smiles, cool towels and the amazing rum punch are what we were greeted by!!! The hotel team always greet their guests and also send them off when its time to leave - one of the many intimate gestures offered to Palm Island resort guests (many of whom have returned numerous times)

Firstly we were told not to worry about check-in, this could be done the day after. A great relief as by then we felt 'Drunk in love' with our new surroundings and after the long journey which started at 4am UK time, we were ready to be shown our room...
